- Pregnancy yoga classes are typically 50-60 minutes long and are led by a certified prenatal yoga instructor.
- The classes will include gentle yoga poses, Pranayams, (breathing exercises), Chanting and relaxation techniques.

- Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing that allows you to move freely. Avoid wearing tight or restrictive clothing
